I don’t get it. I really don’t. There IS a cross in the US version of Castlevania. It’s the thing that clears out all the enemies. In fact, there’s LOTS of crosses in lots of games. Link’s shields on the NES Legend of Zelda have crosses on them. As for the Bibles, again, Legend of Zelda has a book with a cross on it that adds a flame to the end of the otherwise totally useless Magic Wand.
